Het energiekennisplatform Power-Link is een gezamenlijk initiatief van AG Haven Oostende en de Universiteit Gent, gehuisvest op het wetenschapspark Greenbridge in de Oostendse achterhaven. Power-Link geniet financiële steun van West-Vlaanderen, Vlaanderen en Europa.

The report cautions against excessive enthusiasm and adds: "Ensuring that the algae biofuel industry scales up in a consistent way that provides the greatest range of benefits will require close attention from a regulatory and policy standpoint."
